Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This position involves residential and commercial lawn maintenance and working outdoors as part of a crew. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow lawns
- Perform general lawn and landscape maintenance
- Operate lawn care equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site and truck
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Provide quality service and work efficiently as part of a team
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to follow instructions and work with a team
- Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
Schedule
- Weekday work with occasional weekends during peak season
