**Crew Leader – Mitchell's Lawn Care Service LLC**
**Location:** Henrico/Glen Allen
**Pay:** We have a standard base pay $21/hr 33% labor revenue Bonuses each weekly paycheck. Plus Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonuses. The right people make $30/hr. Paid Gym memberships. Good Reviews bonuses of $50 cash. Upsell Bonuses. Training pay upgrade. It's guaranteed you will make more here than any other lawn care company. But you must be effective and efficient.
