Green Earth Lawn Service is looking for an energetic, dependable, and motivated individual to join our growing team as a Lawn Care Technician. We proudly serve residential customers throughout the Richmond area and are known for our industry knowledge, professional appearance, and friendly customer communication.

What You’ll Do
- Apply fertilizer, herbicide, fungicide, and insecticide treatments at properly calibrated rates using both truck mounted spray systems and broadcast(push) spreaders.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with customers, offering knowledgeable recommendations for their lawn care needs
- Manage a daily service route and safely drive from one property to the next
- Complete customer invoices and service documentation, including materials used and safety precautions
- Occasionally assist with seasonal services such as aeration and seeding
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to obtain a VDACS Registered Technician Certificate within 30 days of hire (training and fees fully paid by us)
- Physically capable of performing outdoor work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and walking for most of the day
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
