Technical Systems Administrator
We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Systems Administrator to own day-to-day technology operations across the organization. This role is execution-focused and highly collaborative, supporting everything from deskside support to core systems and infrastructure. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Distribution, Finance, and Leadership to keep systems secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and support hardware, endpoints, servers, networks, and user access
- Administer Active Directory / Entra ID, role-based access, and Group Policy
- Own endpoint lifecycle for Windows and macOS (provisioning, patching, monitoring)
- Support networking services including VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and site connectivity
- Monitor uptime, backups, and security best practices; remediate system risks
- Support warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, and shipping systems
- Troubleshoot production-impacting issues with urgency and accountability
- Lead employee onboarding/offboarding from a systems and access perspective
- Document systems, configurations, and technical processes
- Enforce technology policies and support audit readiness
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years in IT, systems administration, or technology operations
- Strong experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and access management
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and operational systems
- Experience supporting ERP, inventory, fulfillment, or retail systems
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Preferred: retail, apparel, eCommerce, or distribution experience; familiarity with BlueCherry, Shopify, POS, WMS, or EDI; experience with vendors, MSPs, and high-availability environments
