Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain impactful learning programs that support our Risk Operations teams. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across departments to create engaging, effective training solutions that drive performance and close critical skill gaps.This is a hands-on position where you’ll manage multiple projects independently, translate complex technical content into digestible learning experiences, and use data to continuously improve training outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Design & Development· Design, develop, and maintain learning programs and materials supporting all Risk Operations departments· Create content for both digital and in-person delivery, including future trainer-led opportunities· Ensure all training materials align with company brand guidelines and deliver cohesive learner experiences· Translate complex technical content into structured, engaging, and digestible learning experiences· Design clear learning objectives, assessments, and activities that support skill development and behavior changeStrategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management· Partner with department stakeholders to define learning goals, objectives, and success metrics· Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance· Build strong cross-functional relationships to align learning objectives with business priorities· Evaluate training requests to ensure alignment with business needs and operational valueProject Management· Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously with clear priorities and timelines· Work independently with initiative and accountability, using minimal supervision· Balance workload effectively while coordinating with teammates and SMEs· Contribute to scalable design practices, templates, and processesMeasurement & Continuous Improvement· Track and report on key learning metrics, learner engagement, and training effectiveness· Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and outcomes· Maintain awareness of operational goals, performance metrics, and compliance priorities· Design programs that address learner needs, use cases, and operational realitiesCollaboration & Knowledge Sharing· Share best practices to strengthen training and development capability within Risk Operations· Facilitate or deliver training sessions when needed· Coordinate efforts to deliver consistent, high-quality training experiencesInterview ProcessThis position will involve multiple interview rounds (2-3 one-on-one interviews) with key stakeholders and team members.JD Summary:Learning Design & Development – Design, develop, and maintain learning programs and materials; create content for digital and in-person delivery; align materials with brand guidelines; translate technical content; design objectives and assessments.
