ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment
- Provides emergency/unscheduled and scheduled repairs of production/custodial equipment during production
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Diagnoses problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustment
- Develops and follows a regular PM schedule for all shop machines, equipment and plant facilities
- Complies with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Able to obtain Tow Motor and Crane certifications
- Ability to work from verbal and written instructions
- Flexibility to work adjusted schedules and overtime when required
- Able to meet quality standards of work and complete projects in a timely manner
