• Schedule and book jobs into company software, ensuring precise details.
• Dispatch plumbers efficiently, optimizing routes and balancing priorities.
• Communicate clearly with field technicians, ensuring they are fully prepared.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
• Keep detailed, organized records of calls, schedules, and work orders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
• 2 years of customer service, dispatch, or call center experience (plumbing/trades preferred).
• Strong professional phone presence and active listening skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Comfortable with scheduling/dispatch software and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable, calm under pressure, and a strong communicator.
