HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Quality and Safety for a 270 bed hospital in California. This responsibilities of this position include providing hands-on expertise in healthcare quality, patient safety, performance improvement, regulatory compliance and peer review.
Requirements:
- Education: BSN degree required.
- Experience: Minimum six (6) years of experience in quality and performance improvement in an acute care hospital setting.
- Licensure: Current CA RN license required.
- Certifications: BLS through AHA required or completed during onboarding.
- Computer Skills: Midas experience as well as Epic experience are required for this position.
