HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Manager, Labor & Delivery, at a 300 bed hospital in California.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: BSN required
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of manager experience in a union environment; must have a proven track record of success in improving patient experience, labor and delivery quality metrics, as well as a high degree of clinical proficiency, and effective communication skills
- License: Current California RN license required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; PALS, NRP preferred
- Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite experience preferred
