HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Manager, Emergency Department at a 300 bed hospital in Washington. The manager will support day-to-day ED operations, assist in driving patient flow and throughput initiatives, and partner closely with the Director of Emergency Services and freestanding ED sites to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery across the system.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or other healthcare-related field; graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Experience: Recent Emergency Department leadership experience in a high-volume, unionized environment preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting operational improvement initiatives, staff engagement, patient flow, and maintaining regulatory and departmental standards within complex healthcare settings.
License: Active Washington or Compact RN License
Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; PALS, ENPC, and TNCC preferred
Computer Skills: Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
