HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Director of Nursing for a 40 bed facility in Illinois.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leader of the Nursing Department for Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living
- Responsible for the development, approval, implementation and evaluation of an appropriate system of nursing care delivery.
- Handles regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, Medicare reimbursement and the overall administration of the Nursing Department.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor Degree required; Master Degree preferred.
- Experience: 3 years of Management experience as a Registered Nurse in the long term care field
- License: Illinois RN license required
- Certifications: AHA BLS required
- Computer Skills: Information systems experience (Cerner/EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite
