Registered Nurse (RN) — Multiple Departments
Location: Centerburg, OH
Compensation: $29–$46 per hour shift differentials up to $25,000 sign-on bonus (for select roles)

Available RN Opportunities:
Cancer Center
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- On-call every 6th weekend with holiday rotation
Non-Surgical Specialty Care Clinics
(Neuro, Nephrology, Psychiatry, Gastroenterology)
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Emergency Department
- Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (rotating weekends & holidays)
- $25,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (rotating weekends & holidays)
- $25,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)
Medical/Surgical Floor
- Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (rotating weekends & holidays)
- $25,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)
Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (rotating weekends & holidays)
- $25,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)
Float Pool
- Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (rotating weekends & holidays)
- $25,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with physicians’ orders and established standards.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and document progress accurately.
- Coordinate patient care and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide patient and family education to promote understanding and participation in care plans.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure optimal patient outcomes through leadership and accountability.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $29–$46, based on experience.
