Registered Nurse – Cath Lab
Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time. Primary shift: 0630–1730 (volume-dependent variability)
Location: Montana (Relocation Assistance Provided)
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN to join a high-quality, patient-centered hospital team in a welcoming Montana community situated between two world-class national parks. This role is integral to ensuring safe, effective cardiac procedural care in a collaborative environment where teamwork and compassionate patient outcomes drive everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper performance and maintenance of the Cath Lab environment
- Assess patient needs and promote high-quality patient care throughout procedures
- Provide and maintain a safe surgical environment while circulating
- Collaborate with Cardiologists, Cath Lab Manager, and Anesthesia teams
- Monitor patients and respond to changes in clinical status
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage electronic records
- Uphold safety protocols including proper handling of chemicals and blood-borne pathogen precautions
- Flex hours to cover shifts as procedural volume demands, including call
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
- Minimum 2 years of critical care experience (required)
- Current RN licensure (required)
- Current BLS and ACLS Certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of professional nursing and coronary care nursing practices
