Job Description: Location: Frankfurt Airport Job ID: R26020321 Join our UPS Supply Chain Solutions customs brokerage team at Frankfurt Airport and help customers move goods across borders with confidence. You’ll use your expertise to navigate complex clearance requirements and shape practical, competitive solutions that keep global trade on track. Your Benefits 28 days of annual leave based on a five-day workweek, increasing with length of service to a maximum of 30 days An Allianz company pension plan, with UPS matching your 2% contribution after two years of service, subject to plan eligibility and terms A monthly €13.30 employer contribution to your employee savings plan Access to UPS shares at a 5% discount through our employee stock purchase plan, subject to a two-year holding period Your Tasks Providing customs brokerage expertise for assigned accounts and supporting Sales and Operations in delivering customer requirements Developing competitive and profitable brokerage solutions through solution design, pricing, contract negotiations and statements of work Partnering with customers and internal teams to retain revenue, reduce churn and identify growth opportunities Leading brokerage discussions during customer meetings and quarterly business reviews to strengthen long-term partnerships Managing service levels, standard operating procedures and key performance indicators to ensure operational performance and customer satisfaction Identifying and leading service, supply-chain and continuous-improvement initiatives, including corrective action plans and best-practice sharing Your Skills Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation or a related field Current Customs Broker License Relevant experience in customs brokerage, logistics or a related service area, with exposure to areas such as solution development, pricing and account management Ability to collaborate across teams, build customer relationships and help improve service Make your move and apply now with your earliest start date.
