What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Delivery Lead position at HCLTech?
15-20 years of experience in US Healthcare Payor operation.
Including 8-10 years of experience in managing teams as Team Managers.
Strong people management skill with experience of handling minimum of 500 team members
Effectlively &efficienctly handle escalation calls (1st & 2nd level)
Experience in handling provider calls/complaints pertaining to Benefits & Eligibility, claims/appeals/denials.
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel MS Power Point
Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment with a sense of urgency, and to develop and deploy changes positively
Demonstrated analysis and problem solving abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills; team oriented and good coaching & feedback experience

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
