Customer Service (CSR) Duties:

- Order Processing: Assist customers with scheduling deliveries, tracking shipments, and handling order modifications. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and discrepancies, working to resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met and encouraging repeat business.
- Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data in company systems, including customer information, order details, and inventory records.
- Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, including shipping records, invoices, and customer files, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
