This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Spencerport, NY. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily interactions with customers, address inquiries, resolve issues, process service requests, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate service records, and collaborating closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

- Experience in managing Customer Experience to ensure optimal service delivery
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or communication are a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in the HVAC or related industries, is beneficial
