Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant with strong administrative expertise to support our Financial planning services platform. The candidate should have Oracle EPM Architect experience and experience in client-facing roles. The ideal candidate will design and implement Financial Planning Budgeting and Forecasting solution, integrate seamlessly with Source ERP modules and external systems, and troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues in a high-volume digital media environment.

Role/Responsibilities

Financial Planning Solution Development

• Design and configure EPBCS Modules solution based on the client requirements.
• Implement Capital Expense Planning, Workforce Planning, Project Planning, Financial planning Solution

Integration & Data Flow

• Integrate Source ERP systems with EPBCS seamlessly
• Use Data management and Data integration to integrate the system.
• Develop automated processes for Data Integration, data Transformation, error detection, and filtering to ensure accuracy.

Administration & Monitoring

• Perform system administration tasks, including configuration, deployment, and performance tuning of EPBCS Application.
• Monitor Scheduled jobs , Substitution variables , Business Rules ,Audit Logs .

Troubleshooting & Support

• Investigate and resolve issues related Scheduled Data load Metadata Load , Business rule Jobs , any issues with Reports / Dashboards / Insights etc.
• Provide production support and ensure high availability of EPM system.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with FP&A team, IT operations, and stakeholders to toa address any requirements ,issues, escalations .
• Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, configurations, and integration points.

Support Team Leadership:

· Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.

· Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

· Should have a clear understanding and working experience in Implementation, support, enhancement of EPM projects

· Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test support

· Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical delivery

· Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs.

· Strong client-facing role at the customer location or remotely

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience Oracle EPM EPBCS implementation supports projects.
• Strong understanding of Budgeting and forecasting models, workforce planning, Capital Expense Planning, Project Planning.
• Proficiency in Writing Business Rules /Groovy Scripting.
• Experience with Data Management/ Data Integration, Data Pipeline, data transformation, and enrichment.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems, shell scripting, and system monitoring tools.
• Hands-on experience integrating with external Source ERP and Other Systems.
• Strong understanding of Financial Month End Close Process.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, management reporting and statutory reporting.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
