Field Service Technician

Summary:

Provide technical support for desktops, devices, and network systems while ensuring security protocols and access controls are maintained in a sensitive environment. Support executive meetings, handle hardware, and assist with security-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Support AV setups for meetings and events, including secure environments.
• Manage asset inventory, system upgrades, and IMACD tasks.
• Enforce physical and digital security measures, access controls, and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors and support infrastructure in secure locations.
• Support after-hours incidents and security protocols as needed.

Requirements:

• 3 years IT support experience in security-sensitive environments.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and security basics.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as Security , A , or equivalent preferred.
• Able to support within a 5–10-mile radius and pass security clearance.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to HCL policies.
