Role/Responsibilities
• Lead architecture, solution design, and implementation for AEM-based platforms.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and reusable AEM components.
• Work with Content/Experience Fragments, GraphQL, and headless delivery models.
• Oversee front-end development using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Integrate Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch/DTM, Campaign, and third-party APIs.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Adobe Cloud Manager and modern DevOps tools.
• Ensure best practices for SEO, accessibility, performance, security, and analytics.
• Evaluate UX designs for feasibility and alignment with AEM architectures.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and support client meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
• Strong experience with AEM 6.5 and AEM Cloud, Sling Models, OSGi, dispatcher.
• Proven knowledge of AEM architecture, cloud-native features, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on with ReactJS and modern front-end development.
• Experience integrating Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Proficiency with CI/CD, Git workflows, automation, and cloud-based deployments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate well and coordinate across groups from design and development though release.
Preferred Requirement
• Adobe certifications (Developer/Architect).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $ 62,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $ 127,600 per year

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
