Job Title : Python Chem-informatics Engineer

Location : Groton, CT


Key Skills:

  • Strong Python development
  • Cheminformatics / Chemistry Data Curation
  • RDKit / ChemAxon / Pipeline Pilot / Dotmatics
  • Chemical structure standardization and validation
  • Compound registration & molecular data management
  • Pandas, Jupyter, SQL, REST APIs
  • Organic chemistry, stereochemistry, salts, tautomers, charges
  • Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences R&D experience preferred
  • AI/ML molecular data experience is a plus


Education: Master’s or PhD in Chemistry, Cheminformatics, Computational Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, CS with strong chemistry experience, or related field.
