- RDKit, ChemAxon, Pipeline Pilot, Dotmatics, Signals or equivalent
- Organic chemistry, stereochemistry, salts, tautomers & charges
- Compound registration / structure modification
- Pandas, Jupyter, SQL, REST APIs
- Chemistry data pipelines, automation & data quality
- Scientific stakeholder collaboration
Preferred
- Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences R&D experience
- Small-molecule discovery / chemical synthesis
- ELN, compound registration & chemical inventory systems
- Cloud, containers, CI/CD & automated testing
