A healthcare facility is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) position. This role supports nursing leadership in coordinating clinical services and maintaining consistent standards of care for residents.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with coordination of daily nursing operations and clinical workflows
- Support compliance with state and federal care standards
- Help prepare for surveys and participate in quality assurance activities
- Provide day-to-day guidance to nursing staff and team members
- Review clinical documentation and monitor care practices
- Assist with staffing coverage, scheduling, and team support
- Follow up on incidents and help ensure proper resolution
- Promote a respectful and team-focused work environment
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in a nursing home, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting
- Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations and clinical documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a clinical setting
Salary: up to $130,000 annually
