Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a BDC (Business Development Center) Representative located in Mocksville, NC. In this role, you will communicate with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other platforms to provide information, schedule appointments, and support the sales and service departments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs, and tracking and following up on leads to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and courteous Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and resolve inquiries.
- Outstanding Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience with the company.
- Basic understanding of Sales principles and enthusiasm for contributing to growth initiatives.
- Organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks and timely follow-ups.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software platforms is a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is an advantage, but not required.
