Position Overview
Honda of Salisbury is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communication with potential customers, setting appointments for the sales department, and delivering a professional first impression of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with the sales team

Conduct outbound follow-up calls to potential customers and previous inquiries

Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM system

Provide product information and answer basic questions about vehicles and dealership services

Confirm upcoming appointments and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team
