- 5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar administrative support role.
- Experience supporting executive leadership and/or operations teams.

Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Create new project numbers and assist with initial project setup.
- Partner with the CEO to update project production schedules and calendars.
- Communicate project startup details to customers and internal team members.
- Maintain and update the company’s general calendar.
- Answer main line phone calls as needed; phone volume is light due to the automated phone system.
- Serve as backup support for other departments and roles as needed, including Marketing Assistant, Proposal Administrator, and Engineering Administrator.
- Maintain and revise company-wide documents, including the Company Quality Manual, Safety Manual, and other operational documentation.
- Order and track office supplies.
- Support special projects as assigned by leadership.
- Experience working in a construction, engineering, or other project-based environment.
- Experience supporting project-based contracts or project setup activities.
- Microsoft Project experience with strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience creating, editing, formatting, and updating professional documents.
- Strong customer service and communication experience.
- Experience using a CRM or customer database system.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
