Position: Office Assistant

Pay: $17.75/hour

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

HB Staffing is seeking an Office Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Assist the Alpha Team with printing outgoing correspondence for both HSS and PHN
• Support processing and distribution of daily incoming mail
• Assist with handling and processing returned mail
• Route documents electronically for incoming cases
• Distribute correspondence to providers and families
  
  

Position Requirements

• Strong data entry skills
• Experience with mail distribution and handling
• Customer service experience
