Position: Customer Service Rep

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Pay: $28/hour

Experience: Previous parts desk or customer service experience

Education: High School diploma

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm

HB Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Respond to incoming customer calls and emails
• Creation of parts quotes and sales orders
• Order processing and fulfillment
• Research parts pricing
• Update pricing in parts data base
• Follow-up on customer parts quotes and vendor orders
• Verify accuracy of parts orders
• Coordinate with purchasing department
• Coordinate parts shipments with warehouse personnel
  
  

Position Requirements

• Possess excellent professional communication in writing and phone skills
• Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
• Attention to detail, organized
• Proficient in: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Dependable transportation
• Lift up to 30 pounds
