Job Summary
The Executive Director is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational management, and overall success of the organization. Duties
- Provide strategic leadership and set organizational goals aligned with the mission.
- Oversee program development and ensure programs meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, administrative functions, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, funders, and stakeholders to support organizational sustainability.
- Lead budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Supervise program managers and staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on professional growth.
- Advocate for the organization within the community and represent it at public events and meetings.
- Oversee compliance with all relevant HUD regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.
Skills
