Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee special projects as assigned within the district, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Assist in the development and coordination of student rotation programs across schools in the local area.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, schools, and community partners to facilitate project success.
- Represent the district in community meetings and outreach efforts to strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve project efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to district policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to assigned projects and student rotation activities.
- Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
- Support leadership with research, data analysis, and presentation development for special initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support district operations, strategic initiatives, and community engagement efforts.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Experience with community outreach, engagement strategies, and partnership-building.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, public administration, project management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role, preferably in an educational, public sector, or community engagement setting.
