This pivotal role offers the chance to lead strategic direction and operational excellence across the Detroit Lakes campus, encompassing a hospital, clinics, long-term care, and home care services. You will drive performance improvements, foster strong physician partnerships, and significantly impact community health within a supportive matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations for the Detroit Lakes hospital, RHC-aligned clinics, long-term care, assisted living, and home care, ensuring access, throughput, service, and reliability.
• Translate system and West market strategies into local execution, setting goals, KPIs, and operating rhythms using leader standard work.
• Engage Shared Services (e.g., HR, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, IT) early and effectively, coordinating campus-wide and system-wide services.
• Partner with medical leaders on service line performance, growth, and care redesign, supporting provider recruitment and onboarding.
  
  

What You'll Need

• 5 years of progressive healthcare management experience at the Director level or above (hospital/clinic operations or significant service line leadership).
• Demonstrated success leading in a matrix organization with Shared Services collaboration.
• Proven experience partnering with physicians/clinicians to improve quality, access, and growth.
• Masters in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
