Securitas is looking for a Solutions Architect & Technical Delivery Lead to drive cloud-native architecture, infrastructure automation, and agile execution across engineering teams. This hybrid role blends technical leadership, DevOps expertise, and product collaboration to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
⭐ What You’ll Do
• Design scalable, secure cloud-native architectures for web, mobile, and backend services
• Lead CI/CD implementation, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ARM), and observability initiatives
• Own the DevOps roadmap and improve system reliability and delivery speed
• Coordinate sprints, manage backlog priorities, and facilitate agile planning
• Act as technical liaison between product and engineering, translating initiatives into actionable tickets
• Participate in architectural reviews, incident retrospectives, and engineering strategy sessions
• Promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
🔍 About You
• 7 years in technical architecture with DevOps & infrastructure experience
• Proficient with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and GitHub
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices, backlog management, and sprint planning
• Scripting experience in PowerShell or Bash
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Preferred: Azure certifications, GitHub Projects experience, product-facing engineering background
