We're working with Abbott Laboratories on this exciting opportunity.
This is a pivotal role within Abbott's internal creative agency, focusing on developing and executing strategic content plans across social media platforms for their Adult Nutrition business. You will blend creativity with data-driven insights to craft compelling narratives, drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for leading brands like Similac®, PediaSure®, and Ensure®.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media content strategies aligned with brand goals and audience insights.
• Lead the content creation process from concept to execution, including copywriting, visual direction, and production coordination.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Utilize social listening tools like Sprinklr to uncover audience behaviors, preferences, and emerging topics, translating these into content opportunities.
• Work closely with brand managers, media planners, and agency partners to ensure content supports campaign objectives.
What You'll Need:
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, working directly with data, analytics, and visualization tools.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate communication and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment, leading strong teams through complex demands.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, coupled with a positive attitude and eagerness to solve complex problems.
