Scrum Master

The Role

• Facilitate and guide the Agile development process for digital initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, helping them to understand and adopt Scrum methodologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Proven track record as a Scrum Master with experience in delivering data/analytics-focused projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and assess risks.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, discussions, and decision-making processes effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field; certifications like CSM or PMI-ACP are a plus.
