- Identify, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Develop data flow and workflow diagrams
- Manage requirement conflicts and obtain stakeholder sign-off
- Communicate and negotiate hardware, software, and network requirements with internal IS providers
- Design and develop customizations for workflows
- Implement, modify, test, and administer business system applications
- Epic Clindoc Certification
- Epic Beacon (Inpatient) Certification
- 3 years of experience supporting large Epic Health Systems
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to manage requirements and stakeholder expectations
- Experience with business system applications implementation and administration
