Network Architect | Remote
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Support the design, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of network architecture.
• Manage and execute operational and security-related updates for network architecture.
• Lead deployment planning and coordination for network system upgrades.
• Interface with Tier 2 support for issue coordination and escalation.
• Provide regular status updates and briefings to leadership on network issues.
• Mentor and provide cross-discipline training to team members.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or a related field with 8-15 years of experience.
• Active and current Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in network infrastructure.
• Experience with Juniper SSR architecture and configuration.
• Expertise in SD-WAN technologies and implementation.
• Proficiency in Cisco IOS/IOS-XE and strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
