The Role
- Act as a strategic business partner across multiple production sites, delivering critical metrics and scorecards that drive performance visibility.
- Build and manage labor variance models using Kronos/UKG data to identify efficiency gaps and collaborate with cell leaders to mitigate losses.
- Leverage SAP and Line Event Data Systems (LEDS) to audit process order variances and calculate real-time line efficiency.
- Manage weekly financial reporting on material and labor costs, identifying trends that impact the bottom line.
- Own month-end close activities and participate in Continuous Improvement workstreams to eliminate operational waste.
- 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, general business, or P&L management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- High proficiency in SAP or similar ERP software tools and the MS Office Suite.
- Advanced data visualization skills, specifically using Power BI to build actionable financial models.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments (Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance) to solve complex business challenges.
