Senior Accounting Manager | Hybrid
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Lead multiple fund accounting teams, overseeing services like NAV determination, performance calculation, and expense allocation.
• Manage financial and human resources to achieve unit goals and objectives.
• Cultivate client relationships and resolve escalated fund calculation and accounting issues.
• Prioritize processes to ensure accuracy of financial statement disclosures.
• Evaluate GAAP and IFRS to assess the impact of new regulations and develop implementation strategies.
• Oversee financial report drafting and manage auditor and client relationships.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of total work experience, with 1-3 years in management.
• Preferred experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
