- Manage and support cost allocation activities for federally funded programs
- Develop, implement, and maintain Public Assistance Cost Allocation Plans (PACAPs)
- Provide data analysis and financial modeling to support cost allocation and federal claiming
- Support federal claiming for USDOL, Vocational Rehabilitation, SNAP E&T, TANF, and other federal grants
- Coordinate documentation and deliverables related to cost allocation methodologies
- Assist with federal review, negotiation, reporting, and responses for PACAPs and federal claiming
- Proven experience in Cost Allocation Plan generation
- Strong data analysis experience
- Experience with governmental cost allocation (preferred)
- Familiarity with federal grant claiming (preferred)
- Experience with financial modeling (preferred)
- Knowledge of USDOL, Vocational Rehabilitation, SNAP E&T, TANF, or other federally funded programs (preferred)
