- Coordinate technical components of projects and programs, ensuring desired results are achieved.
- Guide teams of analysts and programmers, providing technical leadership and guidance.
- Evaluate system development requests, conduct feasibility studies, and identify problems.
- Design input/output formats, screens, reports, and interfaces for new and modified systems.
- Develop and/or assist in developing complex programming routines and test protocols.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance for cost estimates, time estimates, and human resources required for system development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent technical training and work experience.
- Eight (8) or more years of experience in programming and analytical activities, with at least four (4) years of analytical experience.
- Experience in an online, real-time, and database environment; healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, listening skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to take a leadership role in managing end-user relationships and fostering a collaborative team environment.
