As the SVP of Business Planning and Analysis, you will spearhead the "Lead to Ledger" initiative, a high-stakes program integrating commercial enablement with global platform operations. The Role
• Lead cross-functional execution for the Lead to Ledger program, overseeing massive-scale deals, onboarding, platform setup, and automated billing workflows.
• Drive platform-wide data strategy, standardizing reference data across service groups, fund families, and risk/marketing segments to ensure data lake hydration.
• Revolutionize client experience by centralizing SLA and SLD documentation using iCertis and enterprise SLA Manager systems.
• Execute high-level governance through PI planning cycles and executive steering committee reporting to visualize performance trends for C-suite decision-makers.
• Manage critical enterprise dependencies across OASIS, UCM, UPM, and eCRM to accelerate technical readiness and large-scale platform adoption.
What You'll Need
• 10-12 years of experience in strategic delivery or business transformation within a top-tier global financial services environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in data visualization and management tools including Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel for complex financial modeling.
• Proven track record of managing Enterprise Architecture and LOB dependencies with a deep focus on controls, documentation, and risk mitigation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional technical and operational teams through multi-phase transformation cycles.
• Strong background in data standardization, including experience with data lakes and enterprise reference data systems.
