The Opportunity
As a Financial Accountant, you’ll oversee accounting functions across multiple entities—spanning real estate partnerships, corporate operations, and individual financial interests. This role offers hands-on engagement with the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, and process improvement in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile general ledgers across multiple entities, including commercial real estate and personal accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
Oversee accounting for property operations—rents, CAM reconciliations, and capital expenditures
Support cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
Coordinate with outside tax advisors and auditors for compliance and reporting
Provide financial insights and recommendations to ownership and executive leadership
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen controls
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5 years of accounting experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industries
Solid understanding of GAAP and multi-entity accounting
Proficiency with accounting software (Yardi, QuickBooks, or similar)
Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
Ability to manage complex portfolios with discretion and accuracy
A proactive, hands-on approach and a team-oriented mindset
