Your Role
You’ll be the financial heartbeat of the organization—leading the accounting team, strengthening systems, and serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership. You’ll manage all aspects of financial operations while helping shape the company’s long-term financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting operations team: AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and month-end close

Manage job costing and project accounting

Lead inventory control for manufacturing operations

Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow

Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls

Drive system and process improvements for efficiency and scalability

Partner with executives on financial planning and business strategy

Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and insurance providers
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)

5–7 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting

Hands-on experience in both manufacturing and construction

Strong understanding of cost accounting and job costing

Skilled in ERP/accounting systems and Excel
-
Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills
-
A collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to be on-site in Fresno
