Your Role

You’ll be the financial heartbeat of the organization—leading the accounting team, strengthening systems, and serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership. You’ll manage all aspects of financial operations while helping shape the company’s long-term financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting operations team: AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and month-end close

• Manage job costing and project accounting

• Lead inventory control for manufacturing operations

• Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow

• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls

• Drive system and process improvements for efficiency and scalability

• Partner with executives on financial planning and business strategy

• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and insurance providers

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting

• Hands-on experience in both manufacturing and construction

• Strong understanding of cost accounting and job costing

• Skilled in ERP/accounting systems and Excel

• Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• A collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to be on-site in Fresno
