What you need to succeed:
- 10 years of Construction experience working for a commercial construction general contractor demonstrating progressive growth in responsibilities.
- Experience of working on a large scale project as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager where you have had responsibility of leading $50M values trade packages/projects.
- A construction related degree such as engineering, architecture or construction management is desired but not essential.
- On-site position in the company HQ in Washington DC 5 days a week.
