The Interiors division is led by an experienced department head and delivers high‑quality custom tenant improvements across a diverse portfolio ranging from small businesses to growing regional tenants.
Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will coordinate and manage tenant improvement projects from initial scope through turnover. You’ll handle estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and day‑to‑day project oversight while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. You will be based in office in Frederick, MD with regular site visits across Frederick, Loudoun and Prince William counties. You will independently manage 8–10 active interior projects, gaining full exposure to budgeting, field execution, and project closeout.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5–8 years of commercial construction experience
- Strong background in interior construction or custom tenant improvements
- Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with high attention to detail
- A relevant degree is helpful but not required
- Proactive attitude, self‑motivation, and desire to grow within a supportive team
