Project Manager (Regional) – Affordable Housing – NJ/NYC
Northern New Jersey/NYC
$120,000–150,000 base bonus (up to 20%) benefits (401k with match), etc.

This firm has been in business for the past 30 years, and is a solid mid-sized General Contractor based in Northern NJ. They are the construction arm of a larger real estate management company, but they are so robust that they mostly do 3rd party work. One of the selling points is that they don't let people go because of lack of work. They have tons of work, and they are very passionate about their people.
-Your new role-
As a Project Manager, you would be responsible for multiple projects across NJ and NYC. The bulk of the work is low-income-occupied multifamily renovation and rehab. The company also does some new construction. –
-What you'll need to succeed-
- Construction project management experience in the multifamily sector
- Experience managing multi-family residential projects
- Occupied rehab experience is strongly preferred
- Low-Income / Affordable housing project experience is preferred
