A Colorado focused General Contractor / Sub-Contractor with a history in Framing, Tenant Improvement, Renovations, Special Projects & Ground Up Multi-Family (from $100,000 - $50M ).
With projects across Colorado – you will hold a leading role for this organization in the Field as Project Manager.
Profit sharing, project bonus & truck/gas card are all on offer.
Your New Role
Based in Colorado Springs, you will oversee construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your first project will be a $40M, 7 Story, 120 Unit, Multi-Family Build. You will start within Precon on this project with the view to breaking ground in early 2027.
Working closely with Superintendents, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors, you will take ownership of project planning, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and client communication.
Projects may range from $5M to $50M and include both ground-up and renovation work across multiple sectors.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor, ideally within Multi-Family or Affordable Housing
- Proven track record of delivering commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, industrial, or tenant improvement projects
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and contract management
- Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through completion
- Knowledge of Colorado building codes, permitting processes, and construction regulations is highly desirable
