Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects safely, profitably, and with exceptional quality. You will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle - including planning, scheduling, procurement, cost control, subcontractor management, and client communication while partnering closely with Superintendents and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Participating in preconstruction efforts, offering constructability and schedule insights.
- Developing project schedules and updating progress regularly.
- Managing procurement, negotiating subcontracts, and overseeing subcontractor performance.
- Running owner meetings, communicating project progress, and managing changes or budget adjustments.
- Controlling costs, forecasting, and preparing monthly requisitions.
- Managing project close‑out and ensuring timely release of retention.
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development.
- Using modern construction technology in a digital-first, paperless environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 years of experience managing commercial construction projects (preferably $10M ).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or similar field.
- Demonstrated success delivering profitable projects with high client satisfaction.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and dedication to quality.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office
