🚨 MEP Superintendent Needed | Miami, FL 🚨
I'm working with a well-capitalized developer/general contractor delivering one of the most high-profile mixed-use high-rise developments currently under construction in South Florida.
We're looking for an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life safety, and commissioning activities from rough-in through turnover on a complex vertical construction project.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead MEP field operations on a large-scale high-rise development
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, inspections, and utility providers
- Drive quality, safety, schedule, and turnover milestones
- Work closely with Project Management, Design, and Ownership teams
- Manage testing, commissioning, and closeout activities
- Resolve field coordination issues across multiple trades
What we're looking for:
- Proven MEP Superintendent experience on high-rise, hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, healthcare, or large commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building systems
- Experience managing complex subcontractor coordination
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demanding schedules
- Stable project history and a hands-on leadership style
