Key Responsibilities
- Support the Superintendent in managing daily on-site operations
- Assist in project scheduling and coordination to keep timelines on track
- Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Help ensure work meets quality, safety, and design specifications
- Use construction technology platforms (ideally Procore) to manage documentation and communication
- Review drawings and plans, leveraging a strong design background
- Monitor progress and proactively identify issues or delays
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-10 years of experience in construction (or relevant internship experience)
- Experience with scheduling and project coordination is highly desirable
- Background or exposure to design/drawings preferred
- Strong technical aptitude; experience with Procore or similar platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
